Precision metal stamping

Main stamping equipment in the stamping workshop: 13 high-speed precision punching machines of 16 tons, 25 tons, 40 tons, 60 tons, 80 tons, 110 tons, 200 tons, etc., the speed of precision high-speed punching machines can reach 500 times/minute.

Material for stamping: brass, phosphor bronze, beryllium bronze, nickel white copper, various steel and stainless steel materials and Ni strips, cold rolled, strip steel (including pre-plating), galvanized sheet, low carbon steel, spring steel and other composite materials.

Precision sheet metal processing

The sheet metal workshop has precision sheet metal processing equipment: 2 large-scale advanced CNC laser cutting machines, 1 CNC punching machines, 5 CNC bending machines, riveting machines, welding machines & laser welding machines, grinders, wire drawing machines and other equipment. The processed products cover industrial automation, medical equipment, electrical equipment, electrical boxes and electrical junction boxes.

The following materials can be usually used: stainless steel, carbon steel, silicon steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet, aluminum zinc plate and other metal materials.

The machining workshop has precision equipment: 6 four-axis CNC machines, 1 5-axis Swiss-type lathe, 15 precision CNC lathes, 4 CNC milling machines, 16 Taiwan Mingyang precision automatic lathes, precision lathes, precision three-axis digital milling machines, precision table lathes, Taiwan Jizuan automatic milling machines, precision thread rolling machines, precision tapping machines, precision drilling machines, precision Taiwan digital milling machines, precision grinders, internal and external cylindrical grinders, centerless grinders, sawing machines, ultrasonic cleaning and drying machines, polishing machines, electric welders and argon arc welders.
